Untitled Poem, by Marisa Bell

Loud and brazen,

The Trumpet calls

Soft and Serene,

A flute gives notice

High and excited,

Piccolo chatters

Low and sad,

Clarinet mourns

Giving a little jazz,

Saxophones give rise

Giving a solid base,

Low brass refuse to stay unnoticed

Colors burst in minds,

With percussion to aid them

As all back down,

Trumpet gives call

And flute answers

I don't really want to name this one, but I'll take suggestions. Just so everyone knows, I play flute in Symphonic band and I'm doing my best to restart viola. I'd love your suggestions, but if you don't want to comment that's totally fine.

I am working on another poem for stringed instruments. Please don't bite my head off, *cough*Jasmine*cough*
