I thought I knew you

Guess I was wrong

I thought the best of you

Though you only show the worst

I trusted you with my secrets

And you gave them away

I gave you my trust

And you threw it away

I know better now

Then to trust you

With my life

My heart

My soul

Though I wish

I still could
